Remember that you'll be staying in someone's home, so please treat the space with care and respect. Following these simple rules ensures a pleasant experience for everyone.

Fundamental rules to ensure a perfect stay

  • •Take care of the house and all belongings as if they were yours – any damage or extra dirt may result in charges
  • •Do not use bath towels or bed linens to remove makeup
  • •Maintain organization: return furniture, objects and utensils to their original place after use
  • •Make sure you've pulled the door all the way until it's locked

Check-in and Check-out

  • •Check-in after 2:00 PM
  • •Check-out before 12:00 PM
  • •Self check-in with keypad

During Your Stay

  • •Maximum of 6 guests (4 adults + 2 children)
  • •Pets are not allowed
  • •Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
  • •No parties or events allowed
  • •Commercial photography not allowed
  • •No smoking

Washing Machine Usage

  • •Use only liquid detergent appropriate for washing machines
  • •Do not overload the machine - respect the maximum capacity
  • •Clean the filter after use if necessary
  • •Remove clothes immediately after the cycle ends
  • •Leave the door slightly open after use for ventilation
  • •In case of problems or questions, contact us

At Check-out Time

  • •Turn off the lights, ceiling fan, air conditioning and TV
  • •Do a final check in closets and rooms to not leave belongings behind
  • •Close and lock the windows and doors when leaving the apartment

Optional

  • •Separate and remove all trash (recyclable and non-recyclable)
  • •The building's trash area is near the stairs
